This is the best creatine hands it works fast you will lift more than you ever will and is not water weight i havent lost weight at all after using this and i dont take it how it suppose to be

Many people are saying that ethyl ester creatine is a load of crap compared to monohydrate. Indeed you won't get the water mass that many enjoy as a not so real muscle gain, but with that comes the bloating. This gives you no water size or bloating and also gives you plenty of endurance. The increase in strength might be attributed to good work ethic in the gym but combine that with CE2 and you will be impressed. I've tried monohydrate and I do think the combo packages that come with other boosters and suger do give more initial jolts when starting off in the gym, but this is a clean supplement support. No trouble sleeping and at half the dosage it tells you to take you will feel a difference when you realize you've spent over an hour and a half working out and you know you can go even further.
