This is good stuff (2009-04-07)
I actually bought this product on accident once and took it just because I was too lazy to take it back. I have not been able to live without it since. I take it everyday and when everyone around me is sick I double up the dose to 3 tablets 2 times a day. If I do get a little sick I take 4 tablets 2 times a day and I my sickness never reaches the point of feeling horrible. My symptoms are always mild and go away much faster. However, with these vitamins I rarely get sick!

System Well's Ultimate Immunity is a very effective formula designed to combat viruses on all levels. My husband was fighting a virus for weeks and seemed to just be getting sicker no matter what he did. Finally he went to the doctor and tried antibiotics but he kept getting worse. I was really worried about him and decided to buy him this product. Within a week he was well again and had no signs of the former illness.
What does this contain? It is quite a list of ingredients that include: garlic, cordyceps, cayenne pepper, ginkgo biloba, Echinacea, astragalus root, olive leaf, myrrh gum, maitake mushrooms, shitake mushrooms, reishi mushroom, Oregon grape root, primadophilus probiotic blend, fenugreek seed, horehound, thyme, elecampane root, Siberian eleuthero root, rosemary leaf, plantain leaf, gotu kola and aloe.
This is a great product to have on hand incase you get sick or you can take 1-2 tablets per day. It is actually not good to take Echinacea all the time so you might want to take this formula and then take a few weeks off.

I have been taking this formula for three years and stayed well. Previously I had the flu every year and was very sick for at least a month. After chemo for breast cancer nine years ago my immune system was very weak. System Well brought it back to better than ever. I take one or two a day for maintenance. If I think I might be getting sick I take three tablets three or four times a day. This has worked well for me.
