Incredible muscle pumps, not a Preworkout energy source (2009-03-22)
This stuff definately does what it says it does. Expands blood vesels gives wicked pumps when lifting. Ive taken N.O. explode for years and the pumps I get from NO2 black are way more intense than anything Ive experienced from the N.O. explode. However you have to have the willpower to get yourself into the gymn and get going for it to be effective. It doesn't give that initial rush like N.O. explode.
Like the other poster said I just took a half dose. Four pills about an hour before going to the gymn and it worked just fine. Like it says the pumps do last incredibly long. This isn't entirely a good thing. Its nice to be swole up in the gymn. However its kind of annoying when I'm driving to work and the pumped stiffness in my fore arms makes it feel like its difficult to turn the steering wheel. Even more irritating when im at work trying to write something and my fingers feel swole, fat and clumsy. I couldn't imagine if I actually took the full dose the bottle recommends.
I gave it five stars because its supposed to be a hemodilator, and it is, an incredibly effective one at that. I still have mixed opinions on the all day pump though. I think next time I'll just try the red bottle. Amazon's price is crazy good though at the $32 pricetag when I bought this. Local store sells it for the MSRP of $85

I've used this product for a while, and I can see results with in about 7 days. be sure to take a good protein/gainer, right after your workout for best results, and be sure to keep your calory count up at all times of the day, and night, and never forget to drink a lot of water, throughout the day.
